- Who do you use as your payment provider?
First Data is our payment provider. If you do not wish to pay by card you can choose to do a bank transfer.
- Why is my order on hold?
If you have chosen to pay by a bank transfer, your order will be on hold until we have received payment. Please check your order confirmation for our bank details to complete your bank transfer.
- Why do I have to go through the MyAgeVerification process?
As ecigarette’s are an age related product, we have to ensure that you are over 18 years of age. You only need to go through the process once. If you have any problems or have lost your link for the age verification process please email us at email@example.com and we will send you a manual link.
We will email you if haven’t completed your age verification. You will have 5 working days to complete the age verification process – if you do not complete it we will refund your order.
- What strength of nicotine should I use?
Nicotine gives you a throat hit that you associate with smoking. This can be personal taste as how much a hit someone would
like. A rough estimate would be as below.
-18mg for those smoking over 20 cigs a day
-12mg for those 10 – 20
-6-8mg for those under 10 a day
If you are not sure, 12mg is a good place to try.
- How long should a 10ml e-liquid last?
This does depends on use but we would estimate about 100 cigarettes worth per bottle.
- How long should my clearomizer/ coil last?
Under normal use without variable voltage/wattage we would estimate be between 2 and 4 weeks.
Heavy use and power settings mean this may be less.
- When should I reduce my nicotine strength?
Whenever you feel ready, it’s not a race! You don’t even have to if you don’t want to.
- Can i charge my e-cigarette over night?
Absolutely not! The Charger should be taken off charge as soon as it is finished charging.
Over charging will effect the longevity of your battery.
- Can I charge my e-cigarette using an iPhone/smart phone charge?
We wouldn’t recommend this as iPhone and Android chargers use a different current and can kill your battery.
USB plugs suitable for an e-cig are available from our shop if you need.
- How long will my order take to get to me?
We aim to pack your order and give it to the courier within 2 working days. We use Royal Mail and Hermes as our main carriers.
This is usually a very quick turn around, we would expect your order to be with you in 7 days. Bank Holidays may increase this.
We have a 14 day returns policy.
All products returned must be accompanied with its receipt.

- How many points do I earn for a purchase?
You earn 1 point for every £1 you spend. For every 100 points earned you are given a £1 discount.
- Do I have to redeem all my points at once?
No, you can redeem all your points at once, or save some for another purchase.

You may not receive all of your items in the same package, as we sometimes use different fulfilment centres, so you may not receive all your items on the same day.
